Perceivable

All meaningful images have relevant alternative text (alt). Text/background contrast reaches at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large headings). Information is never conveyed by colour alone. Videos and audio have captions or a transcript. Text stays readable at 200 % zoom, with no loss of content.

Operable

The entire site is keyboard-navigable, with no keyboard trap. The element that has focus is visually identifiable. Touch targets (buttons, links) are large enough and well spaced. No content flashes more than three times per second. The heading structure (h1–h6) is logical and a skip link is provided.

Understandable

The page language is declared (lang attribute) and correct. Every form field has a visible label; errors are explained in plain language. Navigation and components are consistent from one page to the next.

Robust & e-commerce (European Accessibility Act)

The code is valid and ARIA is correct: the site works with a screen reader. The full purchase journey is accessible and an accessibility statement is published.
